About Me
Background
Whilst working as a mindfulness facilitator, I realised I wanted to work with people and their concerns in further depth, and 1:1.
I had also experienced first-hand as a client, the valuable role therapy can play. With a background in drama and outdoor playwork, I was drawn to Play Therapy.
Prior to setting up CoCreate, I worked in a charity with children, young people and their parents/carers, and as a mental health support worker with adults.
Alongside this part-time practice, I work as a community engagement officer for a wellbeing centre.
Otherwise, some things I enjoy are gardening and crafting.
